Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, the late Boston Marathon terror suspect, was killed in a shoot-out with police near Cambridge, Mass., last Friday, after he and his brother killed an MIT police officer. According to police, Tamerlan died after sustaining bullet wounds, shrapnel from a bomb detonation, and being run over by his brother, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who then escaped police for nearly 19 hours, according to the Boston Globe.
Now, a very graphic hospital photo has been leaked, allegedly showing Tamerlan’s wounded, lifeless body.

The photo shows the corpse lying on a hospital table, covered in dried blood, a bullet wound visible in one arm and a large, deep gash visible across the left side of his ribs and chest.
Law enforcement has told TMZ the photo is legitimate, according to the Daily Caller.
