Barbados-born recording artist Rihanna is notoriously unapologetic — hence the title of her seventh studio album — and that holds true for another last-minute Texas cancelation on her Diamonds World Tour stop. Rihanna’s now canceled her Tuesday concert in Dallas just hours before the show — just like she did for the Houston show the day before.
Promoters cited an unspecified “illness” as the reason for the postponement of both shows. Ticket holders can stop by the Toyota Center (or the American Airlines Center for that matter) to get a refund if they wish. But if you really want to see Rihanna, you may want to hold onto the ducats. A Live Nation spokesperson tells CultureMap that fans should “retain their tickets to this event pending rescheduled show date information.”
No possible rescheduled dates have been released yet and Rihanna’s upcoming tour schedule is packed. Dallas is the fourth date overall Rihanna has canceled on this tour due to “illness.”
