Rick Ross in not done expanding his MMG empire and is rumored to be adding another rapper to his roster of talent. According to Hypertrak, Rozay's newest recruit is a UK rapper by the name of Smiler.
Smiler is best known for his song "Big Spender", which caught the ear of Slaughterhouse's Joe Budden last year...but not in a good way.
